Insurance Agency System
This is an all-in-one insurance industry-focused solution designed to automate the industry’s business processes, such as customer relationship management and retention, business transactions, data exchange, activities planning and scheduling, and so on. The system supports a distributed network providing for a centralized data repository and business processes management.

The system can be fully customized to match the requirements of a specific insurance company, including language preferences, GUI (graphical user interface), data set etc. It comprises a number of pluggable modules that can be easily added or removed, which allows fine-tuning the system to meet the company's specific needs.

The Agency System includes the following chief modules: Agent/Broker Workplace; Customer Relationship Management Module; Authorization Module (responsible for user rights and system access management); Insurance Processes Management Module; Data Exchange Module; Service Functions Module; Data Analysis and Report Module; System Customization Module.

Multi-tier Insurance Integrated Solution
The developed solution is a cross-platform multi-channel system targeting insurance enterprises and financial services companies, which provides centralized data management and exchange, and supports business processes at the Point of Sale (POS), thus streamlining the work of the insurance agents/brokers and offering seamless collaboration mechanisms for them.

This web-based system is designed for Intra-, Extra- and Internet operation and was implemented using the cutting-edge platform-independent Java technology, thus delivering consistency and reliability on all major platforms.

The application is highly configurable and it easy to customize to suit specific needs, including internationalization and locale-specific data support. Its flexible module-based architecture allows avoiding data redundancy and simplifies the overall system management via powerful backend functionality. The application fully supports user roles, which ensures no sensitive information can get misused.

Risk Management System
A tool intended to assist consultants and experts in analyzing and presenting the customer's risks during joint workshops. With the help of this tool users can view and analyze risks related to a specifics business. Risk situations can also be modeled by running special scenarios of individual events. Additionally, the software provides multilingual support. Four languages supported by default can also be dynamically switched.

Integrated Accounting Support System
This project integrates several applications to easily manage corporate assets, including the entirety of the company's material wealth (facilities, furniture, hardware etc.). The main application is implemented as a website (with an Intranet zone for administrators) providing assets management tools. For instance, the system allows to view the the company's facilities, to make an inventory of its material wealth, to deduce formulae for financial estimations etc. The Intranet zone is designed for user registration and credentials management. The application is based on ASP.NET and uses a special ADO.NET-based library written by SaM to access MS SQL Server 2000 database.

Besides, additional general-purpose libraries were developed to implement import/export of .xml and .txt user files and their upload to the server, and user interface controls (special sorting lists with page panning, DHTML-trees etc.).
